SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Elegant Bead Blessings also known as EBB, we, us and our(s). We currently only ship to the continental United States and do not ship internationally.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather or Acts of God.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
​Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout using USPS or UPS.

​​Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Taxes and Other Applicable Fees
All fees, including taxes, imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other associated costs).

Damages
Elegant Bead Blessings is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded. Elegant Bead Blessings will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our hope is that our clients are happy with their jewelry purchase.
Special orders are Final Sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any item marked “Sale” are Final Sales and not subject to refund or exchange.
Purchases from the inventory of Elegant Bead Blessings may be exchanged within ten (10) days from the date of purchase either for another piece of jewelry or for store credit. We do not give refunds. Item must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition with receipt included. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Elegant Bead Blessings is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please keep the original packing materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the shipment carrier. If an item is received defective or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us immediately. All effort will be made to replace or repair the item or a store credit will be issued.
While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with is positive.
